As the head of a dynamic human resources team, Carrie plays a pivotal role in developing and executing people-centered strategies that align with Avita’s mission and strategic direction. She leads the organization’s recruitment and onboarding, benefits, employee relations, employee engagement, and payroll. She also champions diversity and inclusion initiatives for team members and serves as the executive sponsor of Avita’s EmpowHER Employee Resource Group.
With over 20 years of talent management experience, Carrie is unwavering in her commitment to supporting Avita’s team members as employees and individuals. Her previous roles in the financial services industry have equipped her with a wealth of knowledge she brings to her current position.

Carrie holds a BS in business management from Wright State University. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
