Jennifer plays a central role in Q Care Plus’ groundbreaking Longitudinal HIV Care Program known as Q Care Link, a telehealth program powered by clinicians with HIV expertise. This program transforms the approach to HIV care by providing a remote solution for eligible patients, enhancing their convenience and experience, which leads to improved retention rates and health outcomes. Additionally, Jennifer has developed a training program for nurses to become HIV-Certified Specialists (AAHIVS) through the American Academy of HIV Medicine (AAHIVM) and is committed to research and sharing best practices in HIV care with other clinicians.

Jennifer Belfry, DNP, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, AAHIVS, graduated from nursing school and the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Columbia University. She received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Massachusetts Boston Honors College. She is now a registered nurse practitioner in 17 states and an HIV Certified Specialist through the American Academy of HIV Medicine.
